On-Site Adjuster Visit
Your adjuster gets a guided tour of the damage by our inspector. We speak the same language: hail hit classification, wind speed thresholds, manufacturer warranties voided by damage. This meeting is where claims get approved.
Storm Restoration
Once approved, our Roca crew handles the repair or replacement at the insurance-agreed price. You pay your deductible. We do the work, file the completion paperwork, and you're done.
